Scandia Down ® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to one year. Custom, adjusted or personalized items such as monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned.

To return your online purchase –
- Please complete the “Returns” part of your packing slip
- Be sure to include your packing slip in your shipment to us. If you have misplaced your original packing slip, please call 1-800-875-4144 for Customer Service assistance.
- For your protection we recommend that you insure your return package.
Exchanges and Comfort Adjustments
To exchange your online item, fill out the “Exchanges” portion of the form on the back of the packing slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise back to us. If the amount of the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional delivery charges if you are exchanging an item. If you have specific questions about exchanging an item, please call us at 1-800-875-4144.
If you are returning a down pillow or comforter because you would prefer a different weight or firmness, we ask that you return it to us for adjustment instead. We charge only for the additional down added. We cannot remove down from a comforter, only add down. For pillows, we can add or subtract down and any down removed during the adjustment process will be returned to you. Our adjustment service is available at any time for up to one year from the date of purchase. All adjusted items are shipped back to you within 10 days of our completion of your adjustment. SCANDIA DOWN ® LIMITED WARRANTY
What Does This Warranty Cover? This Warranty covers any defects in workmanship or malfunction of the product’s ticking (i.e., covering). We also extend to you an implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose during the full warranty period.
Who Does The Coverage Extend To? You, the Original Consumer, from the date of your purchase or your receipt of this item as a gift.
How Long Does The Coverage Last? This Warranty lasts for as long as you own this item unless it becomes void, as described below.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Warranty. Also, use of the product over a period of years may diminish the loft of the filling material. As this is a natural product, this Warranty does not extend to the filling material. Improper use or incorrectly performed cleaning will also void this Warranty and end the warranty coverage. To ensure your warranty coverage continues, always keep this product in a protective covering during use. Also, while necessary or desirable cleaning of your Scandia Down ® product can be performed by any professional cleaner, we recommend that you use only an authorized Scandia Down ® dealer to do so or return it to us at Scandia Down ® for cleaning at the address noted below.
What Will Scandia Down ® Do? If this item is found to be defective during the warranty coverage period because of imperfect workmanship or imperfect ticking, it will be repaired or replaced with an item of equal or greater value, at our option. If the item was purchased from an authorized Scandia Down ® dealer, simply bring or send it to your most conveniently located Scandia Down ® shop with a detailed description of the problem. How Does State Law Apply? Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
